We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the QiAlly Flows engine for your internal business operations, subject to these terms. You may not:
- Modify or copy the service's underlying code.
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the service.
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use QiAlly Flows to automate activities that are harmful, fraudulent, or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these principles.
4. Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Maintenance and updates may occasionally cause downtime.

In no event shall QiAlly or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use QiAlly Flows, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana, USA and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
